The Principal of the college is the Chairperson of the administration and the Vice Principal, the Assistant Principal (Society - Co-curricular) and the School Management Board represent as the advisory members. According to the above mentioned hierarchy the head of the association's administration is Teacher-In-Charge (TIC/MIC) and subsequently the President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer are the main student office bearers. Editors and the Official Photographers are the directors of the Editing & Technical Team of Inventors' Association of Isipathana College (ICIA) and Main Organizers administrates the Organizing Committee. The very special positions, Co-President and Co-Secretary are introduced under the section 5 of Annual Project and Progression Report of 2020 of ICIA to administrate the Coordinating Committee with the assistance of Main Coordinators. The Organizing Committee Members and Coordinating Committee Members do the management task in every event, programme and project which conducts by ICIA. This administrative structure facilitates all the services to our members effectively and productively.
